Home page is not loading after login to the application while recording in Tru Client Protocol

I am having issue while recording the web application While recording in Tru Client Protocol. Home page is not loading after login to the application.

Same issue i faced in my previous project i connected with OT team they have resolved that issue by adding one command in Tru Client text file under load Runner installed folder. But, i am not remembering what to add and where to add exactly. Can any one help me with this.

Replace the bottom line of the file that reads:

},"net": {"network_prediction_options": 2}}

with

}, "net": {"network_prediction_options": 2}, "profile": { "cookie_controls_mode": 0 } }
