Executive ScoreCard unexpected and unknown collation issue

Dear colleagues,

 

I've experienced following issue since yesterday:

 

When I log in into Executive ScoreCard, instead of showing the pages and dashboards, I receive window with some message in broken collation (like "???????" instead of "Start" - see attachment).

 

Nothing was changed in working XS, but it keeps showing such message now. I've checked MS SQL 2008 Server collations, and the issue is not there.

 

Perhaps someone experienced the same, or at least can give this message in correct collation?
