Is there capability to remove Resource Pool Participation when a Resource is disabled in PPM

Hi,

When a user record has an existing participation on a resource pool and this user record gets disabled, the view on the resource pool participation change to 0.

However the actual resource pool participation as per Resource page, is not changed to 0.

Is there a way to automate the action in the Resource Participation, when a Resource is marked as Disabled?

The manually action of disabling the resource and then go and change the resource participation could be easier.

    Hi Alfred,

Feel free to submit an idea for this. I think that there's already a prompt asking you what to do with the effort allocations of a user you decide to disable (as capacity will be set to 0), so this could be improved to also ask what to do with the pool/team participations.

Note that we do not want to always remove the team participations - some user disabling may just be temporary (for long time off), so we want to be able to keep any team participation, so that they would still be there when the resource gets enabled back.
