Yes, there are already quite a few customers on 24.1. (there's no PPM 2024 FYI).

Your problem can be explained by many things, if you share your server logs there should be valuable information in it on the root cause.

My bet is on a custom cache.conf where you just replaced the built-in cache.conf with your version instead of using custom_cache.conf which was introduced in a recent release just to avoid these kinds of problems.

In any case, server logs will tell you more.

By the way, incorrect customization of menu.xml will cause issues of missing menu items, but it shouldn't cause such an error where nothing appears. And for incorrect menu customization, the solution is NOT to get a new menu.xml, it is to follow the documentation and keep the built-in menu.xml while creating your own custom "update_menu.xml" and "delete_menu.xml".

Apologies for getting the version wrong. We hadn't customized anything and were just using OOTB for initial startup post upgrade. R&D provided a hotfix for the LandingPageService.class and the issue was resolved.
