PPM 24.1 Request Browser

Hello Community,

We're getting to know PPM 24.1 and are playing around with the Request Browser functionality found under Demand Management.  It allows you to save Preference Sets but does not allow you to save Preference Sets to My Links.

Does anyone know if that is the expected behavior?

    Hi Curt,

    Looks like this is a defect as a result of a Security hardening of "My Links" to prevent Open Redirects. There's no reason "My Links" shouldn't be able to include something "trusted" from PPM, including Preference Sets.

    ==> Please open a Support Ticket to get this fixed.

    In the meantime, if you understand and accept the security implications, you can add the paramerter "DENY_OPEN_REDIRECT=false" to your server.conf. This parameter only applies to Open Redirect checks in "My Links", so it'll only revert back to the old behavior before that specific Security change.
