Report Parameters Flexibility

Hi,

I was wondering if anyone has been able to implement a more flexible way to implement the Report Filters in PPM.

In the example below, we have the filter "User Category", which contains the ff list of entries

  1. Portfolio SM
  2. Project Coordinator
  3. HOD
  4. Program Manager
  5. PMO

We added a 'Segment' parameter, however we only want this to be editable when the User Category is either 'PMO' or 'HOD'. For all other entries, it should not be editable.

Currently we could only choose one entry in the Dependencies tab. Is there a way to make the dependencies accept multi-select or work similar to how RT UI rules are implemented?

    Hi Harvin,

    Please submit an idea on the idea exchange.  I was able to implement such a requirement.  However, it was rather involved (hidden field with setValueFromToken and modification of CompValidation.js) so, I do not feel comfortable sharing.  Thus, it is best practice to submit an idea.
