The above picture focuses on the "functional" improvements, but I know that lots of Partners and resourceful PPM Admins are checking this forum, so let me highlight some extra new features of PPM 24.2 that may appeal to this more technical audience:

• We can remove the 4000 chars size limitation on Rich Text fields - no more size limit means we can also copy/paste screenshots directly in the Requests Rich Text fields.
  
  
• We can turn all PPM Notes to support Rich Text (except Program notes, we'll get it in next release). 
  
  
• Introduced a new Request fields Validation type "constant HTML" - it allows you to write any HTML/JS/CSS in any field of your request screen - you can for example include a button, a chart, a table, or even a custom UI screen to facilitate data capture directly on the Request page.It brings the flexibility of an HTML+ portlet, but directly in a request field. 
  
  
• We can use file Attachments as Table Components fields.
