DKIM signing configured on all the mails sent by PPM

Hi,

The customer's IT team wants to configure DKIM signing on all the mails sent by PPM.

The server.conf "com.kintana.core.server.SMTP_SERVER" is used for the PPM notification.

I just want to know if DKIM signing is applied if PPM will have any issues sending out emails?

Hi Alfred,

From my understanding, DKIM signing can be applied by the SMTP server you're using, and thus have zero impact on PPM notification configuration and sending.

At this point we do not support having PPM server perform DKIM signing by itself, so you'll need to raise an ER if you need this capability.
