Set default parameters in WorkPlan for scheduling

Hi,

I wanted to ask for help to set the value of “Insert Scheduled Fields” as ' Insert Scheduled Start and Scheduled End' instead of the current 'Insert Scheduled Start and Scheduled End', this on all current and future WorkPlans as default.
