Unable to connect to file server.

I have restarted web services but still not able to connect to file server

    We would need to see the server logs (vm/common/tomcat/logs/*). If the server is running VM 8.5.0 or newer on Windows or Linux, launch the Version Manager Server Admin utility (vpadmin), go to the About tab and press Collect Logs.

    I recommend you open a support case and upload the files there for analysis.
