At the moment it is not possible to see the default role which is associated with a synchronised LDAP AD group via the Silk Central user interface.
The default role should be visible when you look at the Group within User Management.
As you can not see the default role, you can not change it if say the wrong one was applied at initial creation/synchronisation.
