Problem:

I have a number of unknown user accounts in my SilkCentral Test Manager "Users" section, why?

Resolution:

When SilkCentral Test Manager is installed, there are several users created by default. These default User Accounts are for training purposes; for doing the SilkCentral Test Manager tutorial and the example projects etc... It should be possible to delete these users if they are causing a problem.

The list below show some of the user accounts that may already exist:
