Problem:

How can I rename a project in Issue Manager after it has been created?

Resolution:

In order to rename a project you need to do the following:

  • Go to "ADMINISTRATION | PROJECTS"
  • In the status of the project you wish to rename, select ACTIVE. This will deactivate the project
  • Select the project under ADMINISTRATION | PROJECTS
  • You should now be able to rename the project as shown in the screen shots below
  • Remember to activate the project again.
