Firstly, ensure that you are using the correct user name and password. The default login for this is segue/segue, but your administrator will probably have set up a new set of logins for all users.

If you are using the correct username and password, then go to Start > Programs > SilkCentral > Test Manager > Test Manager Home Page and try logging in via the website.

If the problem is still occurring, open SilkTest and go to Options / SilkCentral URLs... and ensure that you have specified the URLs for the SilkCentral GUI.
