Problem:

Why do I get the error: "could not create LTC session: com.segue.scc.binary.sgem.LtcSessionException:.." when running a SilkPerformer test execution?

Resolution:

ANSWER
----------------------------------
The error shown in the screenshot below occurs when the project that you are trying to execute as a test definition has been created using SilkPerformer 7.0. As SilkPerformer 7.0 is not fully compatible with this version of SCTM it is recommended that you use SilkPerformer 7.1.

If you continue to get this error with SilkPerformer 7.1 projects contact Technical Support.
