This error message appears after trying to log into SilkCentral
TestManager from the Office Import Tool and is related to the file
formatt in use when the Office file is being imported to
SilkCentral TestManager through .Net.
The error message is due to a known .Net version problem, and
not directly related to SilkCentral TestManager Office Import
Tool.
Workaround:
Verify the version of .Net in use is version 1.1 as the office
import tool does not work with .Net 2.0.
Uninstall .Net version and reinstall.
