Why am I unable to download attachments after upgrading from Issue Manager 3.2 to Issue Manager 3.3?

Attachments are stored on the hard disk of the SilkRadar\Issue
Manager Frontend Server.
If upgrading to Issue Manager 3.3 and accessing an existing
repository of an earlier version of Issue Manager then you will
need to copy the attachment folder to the new installation. This
process is required if you wish to download any attached files for
defects which were logged in the earlier versions of Issue
Manager.
To implement this you must copy the complete
RadarAttachPool folder of your previous install of Issue
Manager to the new installation directory after the installation of
SilkCentral Issue Manager 3.3 installation is complete.
By default the installation directory of Issue Manager 3.3
is:
C:\Program Files\Segue\SilkCentral Test Manager 8.0
