In the Manual Testing Client - Details Tab, why is the Test Definition Details window cut in half horizontally?

Resolution:

If in the Manual Testing Client - Details Tab the Test Definition Details window is cut in half as shown in the screenshot below:

This is a known issue in Eclipse. If your monitor"s display appearance is set to the Windows Classic theme, filter combo boxes display incorrectly (too narrow) in the Eclipse UI. The workaround is to use the Windows XP theme. To change this setting, select Display from the Windows Control Panel. The theme is set on the Appearance tab.
