Problem:

Why do I get the error "Index: <num> Size: <num>" when trying to create a new data source in TestManager?

Resolution:

You will receive this error if you are using an Excel spreadsheet as the data source and there is an empty cell in data row 1 (actual row 2). Please ensure that you have no empty cells in the first data row.
