Problem:

After changing the parameters for a Custom BIRT Report in SilkCentral, the new parameters are loaded when I access the Report. However when any other user tries to run the same report, the old parameter values are still being used. Is this behaviour a defect?

Resolution:

This behaviour is 'as designed' because every user has their own set of report parameters which are saved in the SCC_ReportFilterParams table in the SilkCentral Test Manager Database. The default value can be changed so that all users get the correct parameters when running the report for the first time but after a user subsequently executes the report with different values these will continue to be used until explicitly changed.
