Are SilkCentral Issue Manager workflows project based?
Issue Manager workflows are project based.
This means custom workflows can be configured per project but not globally across projects. We recommend, where possible, to modify the pre-configured default workflows per project - please see the recommended approach on Page 74 of the Issue Manager Administration Guide found in Help | Documentation.
