Problem:

How do I install the JIRA Plugin for SilkCentral Test Manager?

Resolution:

In order to use the JIRA Issue Tracking Software plug-in for SilkCentral Test Manager you firstly need to download it from either sso.borland.com or from the online forums support.borland.com/community/index.php. To install it follow the instructions below:

1. Stop the SilkCentral Services

2. Copy the jira_wsv2.jar file into $SilkCentralInstallFolder$\Plugins. The default location is C:\Program Files\Borland\SC Test Manager 2008\Plugins.



3. Start the SilkCentral Services
