This issue can occur on the Traceability tab of Silk Central.
It can occur when the default NGINX port is changed from 19120 to another value in the nginx.conf file located here: C:\Program Files (x86)\Silk\Silk Central 17.0\instanceadministration\nginxFiles\conf.
This error occurs because the Webservices configuration used for the traceability also needs to have the url port changed. This is done through the files located below. To resolve, change the ports from 19120 to whatever ports are needed:
1. C:\Program Files (x86)\Silk\Silk Central 17.0\instance_1_silk\Conf\FrontendServer\alm\configuration.xml
2. C:\Program Files (x86)\Silk\Silk Central 17.0\instance_1_silk\wwwroot\silkroot\configuration.xml
3. C:\Program Files (x86)\Silk\Silk Central 17.0\instance_1_silk\wwwroot\AlmServices1.0\configuration.xml
4. C:\Program Files (x86)\Silk\Silk Central 17.0\instance_1_silk\wwwroot\Services1.0\configuration.xml
5. C:\Program Files (x86)\Silk\Silk Central 17.0\instance_1_silk\conf\frontendserver\SRFrontendBootConf.xml
