Modern Browsers cannot use BrowserSetAuthentication

Hi,

I can use BrowserSetAuthentication with IE, but with Edge or Chrome the result is

Warning VUser-Profile1_1 localhost 55 00:00:13 BrowserSetAuthentication BrowserEngine: 84 - API call not supported for browser type

but with chrome i have tried this solution

but it doesn´t work.

Web Business Transaction has authentication option inside of the replay options too, but with Browser Driven it is possible the authentication?

Hi Javier,
This is another permanent limitation when using browsers other than IE for a Browser Driven test:

The BrowserSetAuthentication function only works with Internet Explorer.

Only other possibility would be if it can be passed as part of the URL using BrowserNavigate. Otherwise you need an alternative approach.

could the application Silk Test do the authentication with other Browser, not only IE? I am reading about 4test language, perhaps it is possible.
