SilkPerformer Visual Studio 2017 extension SPWpfWizzard class error

The SilkPerformer Visual Studio extension might have some problems running on Visual Studio 2017 giving the following error message when a new "Silk Performer 21.0 Project" is created:

"The vstemplate file references the wizard class 'SPWpfWizard.SpWizardImplementation', which does not exist in the assembly 'SPWpfWizard, Version=21.0.0.0, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=null'"

In this case, remove the extension, and install the attached one that works on VS 2017.
