How to copy a StarTeam repository from 2005 R2 to 2009 R2?

I need to copy a StarTeam repository from

Windows 2003 Server
MS SQL Server 2005
StarTeam 2005 R2

to

Windows 2008 Server
MS SQL Server 2005
Starteam 2009 R2

leaving the original server as-is, i.e. without upgrading it.

The destination server comes with StarTeam 2009 R2 pre-installed.

Is this possible?
How can I achieve this?
