Copy/Duplicate tasks via UI or stcmd

Hi!

We would like to see a possibility to copy/duplicate tasks with sub-tasks via stcmd and Client UI.

In our current project we are using a standartized set of root task + sub tasks for each release. It would really help us, if we could copy the whole set of tasks easily for a new release. Creating them manually is painful...
