Customizing the Email Notification Format
When an Item is sent via email using the ?Send To? option from the client, it always puts ObjectID as the first field. How do I put the CR number as the first field.
Ans. The Windows Client always puts ObjectID as the first field in the email notification. The Cross-Platform Client can be used to customize the layout of the email notification. The email notification will put the fields in the order they appear in the client.
