Is it possible to break a non-exclusively locked item?
Currently only the user that holds a What is the difference
between an Exclusive lock and a non-exclusive lock? can break
the lock, however there is a Request for Enhancement logged so that
the StarTeam Administrator can break non-exclusive locks.
If the account of the user that holds the non-exclusive lock has
been suspended, you will need to follow the steps outlined
below:
