Question:

Is it possible to generate a detailed license usage report showing individual user activity?

Answer:

Currently there is no detailed report showing license usage showing user login/logouts. Using a combination of the security log and the License Usage Report the StarTeam administrator should be able to determine license usage. A request has been made to have such reporting in a future version of StarTeam.
