Problem:

Import Export Manager cannot find archives

Resolution:

  • Product Name: StarTeam
  • Product Version: All
  • Product Component: Import Export Manager
  • Platform/OS Version: All Supported OS

Description:
Import Export Manager reports that archive is missing for every archive in repository



Answer/Solution:
This is most likely caused by an inappropriate naming within the vault folder. The utility is looking in the repository for the archives underneath a directory called "Archive". If you have the archive folder named anything other than "Archive" (ie- "Archives"), it will not be able to locate any of the archives in that folder.
