Question: Is it possible to have a global set of StarTeam report templates that all users can run?

Answer: Currently this is not possible in the current StarTeam version 2006. All StarTeam clients maintain their own copies of the reports folder and associated templates. Borland have an open request for enhancement for this functionality to be created for future versions of StarTeam. As a possible workaround we suggest that you have one client be maintained as the reporting template machine. All development of the templates be stored and saved on this machine and then StarTeam users can take a daily copy of the folder contents and deploy to their own reports folder under the StarTeam installation directory.
