Problem:

Why do these error messages appear in my StarTeam server logs?

11        00000002  2013-04-30 14:55:10  Duplicate settings (ignored) :

            EndPoint = 42901

How to I get ride of them?

Resolution:

These messages indicate that you have more than one option entry with the same name, "EndPoint" in this case.

StarTeam server will accept the option that appear first in the starteam-server-configs.xml file and ignore the rest.

You will need to carefully review these duplicate entries and remove those unintended.

These error messages should go away upon server restart.

Note: Always create a back up copy of your starteam-server-configs.xml before editing it.
