Problem:

"No registered owner has been found for the given object" error when opening a view.

Resolution:

Description:
User is unable to open a view and gets
"No registered owner has been found for the given object".

Answer/Solution:
This error is caused by incomplete or abnormally terminated transaction. You can usually resolve the issue by restarting the StarTeam Server. Please contact Borland Technical Support if problem still persists.
