Why do I get the error in my Cache Agent log, "Error querying the database: Invalid column name "LONGMAX"", when starting my StarTeam 2008 Root Cache Agent?

  • Product Name: StarTeam Root Cache Agent
  • Product Version: 2008
  • Product Component: Log
  • Platform/OS Version: All

Object caching requires a StarTeam 2008 server. This error occurs when you have enabled Object Caching in the cache agent but are connecting to an older StarTeam Server.
