Answer/Solution:

Please look-up the StarTeamCP.stjava file at this default location: C:\Program Files\Borland\StarTeam Cross-Platform Client 2005 R2\, This is the default location where the CPC is installed. In the StarTeamCP.stjava file you"ve located, please change the following line from:
options=-Xmx256m
to:
options= -Xmx512m or some other desired size.
