What is License Usage Report?

Answer:

The license usage report has existed from from StarTeam 5.x onwards and will be taken out from the next release of StarTeam (2006).

The best way to find out the actual license usage of your StarTeam server is from the user manager. This user manager shows how many users have logged in and how many licenses are available.
