Why am I getting a access rights error while trying to use View Manager?

"Why do I receive the following error message?


Answer/Solution:

This particular error occurred because you do not have sufficient access rights to run view manager.
You will need to go into the Server Administration of your StarTeam Server
Click the server configuration that you are trying to access
Tools~> Accounts~> Access Rights(log in as an administrator)
Add a user/group by selecting "New" or edit a existing group that you are associated with
Select server operations needed/specified by the error message that you received
Once complete click "OK on the right-hand side of the page.
