Problem:

Alternate form layout is lost when connection to server is lost.

Resolution:

  • Product Name: StarTeam
  • Product Version: 2006, 2006 R2
  • Product Component: StarTeam Client
  • Platform/OS Version: All Windows platforms

Description:
When the connection to the server is lost in the cross platform client, any custom forms and layouts that the user was accessing are not reloaded once the connection to the server is re-established.

Answer/Solution:

This is a known issue and is being addressed in a defect change request for StarTeam. Please contact Technical Support and request inclusion on the CR. Please note this KB article and include it in the support case.
