Creating rules to disable fields in TrackRecord

This article explains whether a rule can be created and used to disable all fields.

Problem:

I want to create a rule that disables all fields however when I want to select all fields from the dropdown within the rule editor all fields are not available. Why is this?

Resolution:

If you have a hidden field within the defect form all fields in the rules will not be available to select.
