Outline is not sorting correctly


This article explains why sorting is not functioning in TrackRecord 4 and earlier versions.


Sometimes the query results of my outline do not seem to sort correctly. Why is this?


It is possible that you may have accidentally disabled sorting on your outline. Right-click on the header that is not sorting and make sure that Sort Items is checked. If it is already checked, you can uncheck it and then recheck it. This will force an immediate sorting of the query results. Also, select your header and then from the menu bar, select Outline > Preferences. Make sure that the Sort Sets box is checked under the Sorting section.
