Android 10 and 11 device access on Restart....MC Agent does not load if device is locked

It seems on Android devices that have OS 10 or 11 the MC agent will not start until the device is unlocked.

On previous version of Android OS 8 and 9 the MC agent will start in the background even if device is locked and you can connect to the device from UFT Mobile and unlock the device.

Has anyone else seen this or know a solution...short of disabling the lock?  Is there a way to get the MC Agent to load in background on OS 10 or 11 if the device is locked?

    HI Howard,

    You have to keep in mind that Android OS is putting a lot of focus on security measurements, specifically on the latest versions, hence it makes a lot of sense that the Android OS will disable UFTM agent abilities to run and unlock the device.

    In addition you must be aware that its clearly stated in UFTM documentation, that all devices connected must be unlocked , and this is true specifically for the first time you connect the device when the plug and play operation is done.
