Work with resourceid in MC

Hello all,

I have two questions and thanks for your help.

1.First one : 

Can i just use resourceid, without declaration in Object Repository?
Exemple : Device("").App("").MobileEdit("resourceid:=varname").Set "Output"

 

2.Second : 
Is there a command to open directly an application (android package)?
