UFT Mobile causing bloated battery issue?

Our android phones batteries have swollen batteries to the point of bursting the cases. We've disconnected and removed the devices.    In the two weeks since our upgrade to UFT Mobile newest version,  5 android device's batteries have swollen.      We haven't had any issues with our Android phones prior / all of the phones have various origin dates / ages.

The Android phones in our lab that battery’s swelled were:

    • Google Pixel 2
    • Google Pixel 4
    • Samsung Note 10
    • Samsung Galaxy S9
    • Samsung Galaxy S7

The swelling of batteries is a physical issue caused mainly by over-heating. Please consult the best practices document for some actions recommended to reduce the amount of heat and impact:

    • Place the devices in a non-flammable, well-ventilated enclosure
    • Provide extra ventilation for the enclosure
    • Maintain enough space between the devices to prevent them from overheating
    • Reduce device screen brightness to a minimum to avoid excessive heat and screen damage
    • Use only the original USB cables supplied with the phones

Preferably they should store the devices in a cool, dry environment.

I would also suggest configuring System monitoring to keep track of the health of the devices.
