UFT 12.02. I have issues with concurrent license(and question about seat license)

I have 2 issues with my 2 ways i getting license before:

1. I had seat license(for UFT 12.02) on my old laptop. Is it possible to migrate this license to new workstation (with deactivating on old one ofc)?

2. Our company also have server with concurrent license.  I'm able to work with UFT via RDP right from that server, but most of time not able to connect to license server from my own workstation.

I got success sometimes randomly(mostly right after reboot), but most of time i see popup message with  " Unable to conenct to license server".

I found some errors in log file but cant uderstand them. Log file attached.

I'm already checked billion times port 5093 and opened it everywhere, still no success.

    1. no, there is a need for new license. seat license is per machine code.

    2. what AP server version are your organization using?

    3. why you are not using newer UFT version? this one 5 or 6 years old.

    1. So, we are about to utilize old workstation,and  there is no way to save this license for new laptop(for example annul old one and create new one for new PC), only way is buying new seat license? correct?  

    2. I'm sorry, i don't know where to check AP server version and what is AP server. May be you can help me where to check it?

    3. We also have ALM server which is compatible only with UFT 12.02 and lower. Upgrading ALM is risky for other team members(who is okay with current version), also as  I know for UFT v12.50 and upper we need to buy another type of license, as far as i know our management does not plan to invest in this in the nearest future. That is why i'm trying to "migrate" old seat license to a new machine without buying new license.
