HPE Mobile Center Error 2049

I have been trying to run a sample mobile application via HPE Mobile Center but after selecting the Mobile device and the application and on clicking on OK the application is throughing this following error:

"Unexpected error from HPE Mobile Center.[Error 2049]"

I have attached the screenshot of the error code.

Help me out. What should I do.

    Hi,

    Please post log files from the server (can be retrieved from MC web UI - Admin), so we will be able to examine the root-cause of the issue.

    Hi,
    I tried to connect Ipad 11.2 to HPE Mobile Center but status is: disconnected.
    The connetion.log have error:
    [2018-03-06 13:57:24,309] [9404774d-4678-4bb2-8207-7ef62ea5fc1f] [1] [-1] [8f56906a4896cb96e077d030b107a67340921626] [] [] [] [MC_CustomThreadFactory#1] [ERROR] [c.h.m.c.s.impl.DeviceServiceImpl] CANNOT unregister device, INVALID DEVICE = null (CLS=c.h.m.c.s.impl.DeviceServiceImpl)

    Could you please help me check the error and resolve?

    Hi Dong Do,

    Have you emebed the your device ID  to HPMC agent and laucher?

    If yes, just try to restart the device and reconnect it to mobile center.

    Hi ,

    I have a similar issue, but im using android emulators, when i try to launch record it throws me unxpected error 2049. 

    Btw, im using Mobile Add-in for local device instead.

    Hello Amirul,

    Could you please let us know the UFT version being used?

    Also, please confirm if you are using either Genymotion or Android SDK since those are the only emulators supported: https://admhelp.microfocus.com/mobilecenter/en/3.3/Content/Emulators.htm

    In that document, there is also additional information to help set up the emulator.

    Im using UFT v14.53 with Android SDK. 

    I have followed guidelines but still received the same error 2049

    Hello Amirul,

    Just to confirm, could you please try using an older version of Android? (Let's say 7 for instance). Also, if possible, we would like you to test using Genymotion to verify if the behavior is the same. Also, we have found Genymotion more stable for testing.

    Finally, the error 2049 usually indicates that the test could not be created, since it fails to create an Appium session for the device. Are you by any chance trying to use Appium in your UFT test as well?

    I am trying to record using iPhone device.
    I am using Mobile add-ins and it is already available in my localhost lab.
