Webpage not available- error when trying to log in after installing the Application in Packaged Mode

We are getting “Webpage not available” error when trying to log in after uploading and installing the apk in Packaged Mode from Mobile center. Due to this we are stuck in the initial screen of App itself. We are not able to continue with Automation.

Could you kindly help us identify a solution to this issue.
