Unexpected error from HPE Mobile Center. [error 2000]

I get this error when the application that I want to test is launched on an IOS device. I use UFT 14 and mobile center 2.51

Device("Device").App("Mobile").Launch DoNotInstall, DefaultRestartBehavior

The application that is started, is started, but I get the error that it is not and the test is failing.

    Thanks for your question.

    Could you please try the steps below:

    1. un-plug your device

    2. Delete the app that you use for your test

    3. plug-in your device again

    4. Replay your script

    Please make sure that your application is installed before trying the step with DonotInstall method

     

    If it is still reproducible the issue, could you please collect the logs by following the steps below:

    1. Open the MC portal page

    2. At the top right, please click on Help (?) icon

    3. Select collect Logs

    Hi im using UFT trial version with mobile add-in with local devices to connect UFT with android emulator.

    I can say that i followed every instructions in the guideline but when i try to start record it gives me the error. pls help.
