send text to device does not work

 Hi,

we have a Problem with the "send text to device " tool.

start remote session -->  type in the text --> click send --> nothing happens. (the textfield is active --> the virtual keyboard is visible) , this problem occurs on every android and ios device in my device farm.

is there any known bug in v3.30?

 

UFTM v3.30 on Windows Server

Android and IOS Devices on Windows Connector.

Android 9, 8 and 7

IOS 11,4 and 13.3

    Hi,

    Send text feature fully works with any UFTM version, and of course also For UFTM 3.3 release.

    Please open a support case for this issue so we can further investigate it and address the issue that occurs specifically on your environment.
