UFT Mobile Server for Trial Version

This is my 1st time to post on this community. I am a complete newbie to UFT and I just installed UFT One Trial as part of my research.

My question is how to we setup UFT mobile server? I am exploring the capabilities of this tool for digital testing. 

I already request a live demo of UFT mobile on the Micro Focus website, but I haven't received any feedback yet. Thank you for anyone who can help me. :)

    Hello Arnulfo!

    First of all, I would like to welcome you to the UFT Mobile Community. :-)

    Regarding UFT Mobile setup, you can install the server on Windows or Linux. Depending on the machine capabilities, amount of devices, etc. you can connect the devices directly to the server or if you wish, you can install distributed connectors on Windows, Linux or Mac.


    Someone from our sales team should contact you to provide a trial installer however, to expedite the process, please let me know your country and I will put you in contact with someone in that time zone who can help you.

    I have requested a free trial of UFT one for my windows laptop. I received an email from Micro Focus for the official links which contained 3 installers. I am trying to explore the UFT mobile tool in my laptop and intend to install a server on this machine for demo purposes only.

    UFT_One_2021_DVD
    ->Successfully installed.

    connector_patcher-x64-2021.0.1-7
    ->Failed to detect previous UFT Mobile Connector installation.

    server_patcher-x64-2021.0.1-9
    ->Could not detect UFT Mobile Server installation.

    Hello Arnulfo,

    Apologies for the delay. Looks like the person who contacted you gave you the upgrade to the latest UFT Mobile version but not a full installer. Could you please send me a direct email to lulu.delavega.rolfe@microfocus.com or add me to the thread with the person that provided the downloads?
